Exchange is available within 14 days of receiving the item and is only possible in the case of major defects or damage. Small dye freckles are not considered defects; they may occasionally appear as a natural part of the hand-dyeing process and are not visible when the fan is in motion. Returns are not accepted.
We arrange and pay all international customs fees in advance for your comfort. So you don't need to pay anything extra when you receive your silk fans. LED silk fans can have additional fees when you receive them depending on your country.
